WEEKLY UPDATE – WEEK #3 – OCTOBER 18

Our Kids Sunday Hintonburg 2026 season returned after the Thanksgiving break with another fun week of ball hockey! We hope everyone enjoyed Week #3. It was great to see the players back on the floor, working together and continuing to build their confidence. Our goal remains to create a positive and comfortable environment where every player can have fun, develop their skills, and improve from week to week.

A big thank you to all the parents who volunteered behind the benches. Your help with player rotations and equal playing time makes a real difference and is greatly appreciated.

Please continue to encourage teamwork, effort, and a positive attitude, both on the bench and on the floor. A little encouragement goes a long way in helping every player feel included and enjoy the game!

TOP 5 game day reminders to make you an MVP:

1. ARRIVE EARLY: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your game to check in, get ready, and warm up.

2. BLACK & WHITE SHIRTS: Every player must bring both shirts each week so we can balance teams as needed.

3. NAME ON HELMET: Please have your child’s first name and last initial clearly displayed on the front of their helmet. Tape, markers, and scissors are available by the gym entrance.

4. WATER = your best teammate! Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated.

5. Can’t make it? CONTACT US: Please let us know if your child will be absent or late so we can adjust the teams.
